All services are subject to product availability, scheduling, and acceptance by the Company.
2. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates are provided in good faith and are generally valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change due to:
Material cost increases
Changes requested by the customer
Site conditions discovered after inspection
Manufacturer price changes
Applicable taxes or government fees
A written estimate does not constitute a contract until accepted by both parties.
3. Orders
Once an order has been approved and materials have been ordered, custom products generally cannot be canceled or refunded.
Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements, specifications, and order details before approval.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.
We reserve the right to require deposits before ordering materials or scheduling work.
Late payments may be subject to:
Interest permitted by Texas law
Collection costs
Attorney's fees where allowed by law
Returned checks may incur additional fees.
5. Installation
Customers agree to provide:
Safe access to the work area
Reasonable working conditions
Utility access when necessary
Installation dates are estimates and may change because of:
Weather
Material delays
Manufacturer delays
Unforeseen jobsite conditions
Events beyond our reasonable control
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Confirming measurements and specifications
Obtaining HOA approvals if required
Obtaining permits unless otherwise agreed
Removing valuables from work areas
Ensuring pets and children remain clear of installation areas
7. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply only when provided by the manufacturer.
Troy Glass & Mirror LLC warrants its workmanship for one (1) year from the date of installation unless otherwise stated in writing.
The warranty does not cover:
Glass breakage after installation
Misuse
Abuse
Improper cleaning
Acts of God
Foundation movement
Building settlement
Damage caused by third parties
Normal wear and tear
Warranty service is available only after all invoices have been paid in full.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Troy Glass & Mirror LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Business interruption
Delays beyond our control
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.
9. Glass Characteristics
Customers acknowledge that glass products may naturally contain:
Minor visual distortions
Color variations
Manufacturing tolerances
Small imperfections permitted under industry standards
These characteristics do not constitute defects.
10. Website Use
Users agree not to:
